All products are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects. Products thought to be defective may be returned at customer expense for replacement or refund. Products will be inspected after return and if verified to be defective will be replaced, shipped free or purchase price refunded. Shipping charges are not refundable. Used products returned and found to be in working order or damaged by customer will not be replaced or refunded and will be returned to customer at customer expense. Manufacturing defect warranty is good for 30 days from date of purchase. Match Grade Machine barrels carry a lifetime warranty as long as the barrel is not modified. Products are guaranteed for quality satisfaction by refund less a restocking fee. Any products not meeting customer quality standards must be immediately returned unused at customer expense for refund. Refunds require a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Ammunition is not returnable.

Ammunition Delivery Policy February 7, 2009
All Ammunition orders are shipped by UPS Ground. Your delivery information will be given to United Parcel Service of America for use in accordance with their policies and procedures for delivery of parcels submitted for shipping. This means no air or ship transport of ammunition and no deliveries to locations out side the lower 48 of the U.S.A. All addresses must be real physical locations, no P.O. Boxes etc.
Please check Federal, State and Local Laws for restrictions on purchase and delivery of ammunition in your area. All orders found to be illegal will be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel orders with any question of legality. Below is a short list of restrictions, there may be more that apply to your particular circumstances and location. Hoening Big Bore South, L.L.C. requires the certification below and email or mail a copy of state-issued drivers license or some other form of State/Federal Identification to verify date of birth. If your State of Residence requires a separate state-issued license to purchase ammunition, then a copy of it must also be included. Currently we will not sell ammo for delivery to the following states: California, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts and Washington D.C. There may be more restrictions as Laws and ordinances change.
The following classes of people are ineligible to possess or receive ammunition:
Those convicted of crimes punishable by imprisonment for over one year, except state misdemeanors punishable by two years or less.
Fugitives from justice.
Unlawful users of certain depressant, narcotic, or stimulant drugs.
Those adjudicated as mental defectives or incompetents or those committed to any mental institution.
Illegal aliens.
Citizens who have renounced their citizenship.
Those persons dishonorably discharged from the Armed Forces.
Persons less than 18 years of age for the purchase of a shotgun or rifle.
Persons less than 21 years of age for the purchase of a firearm that is other than a shotgun or rifle. Persons subject to a court order that restrains such persons from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner. Persons convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence. Persons under indictment for a crime punishable by imprisonment for more than one year are ineligible to receive, transport, or ship any firearm or ammunition.
